Due to the way it is built, The Storm has a high chance of crashing throughout the course of the scenario, usually either on the second lift hill during a safety cut-out or at the station platform during station brakes failure. Demolishing the ride altogether and either build something else in its place or use the money from the demolition to build new rides elsewhere, is a viable option. But should the player choose to keep it, reducing its inspection interval to 10 minutes and assigning a mechanic to patrol its exit exclusively, would be highly advisable.
Katie's World is the second park with a Park Value goal, though this time it is $15,000 that you are striving for. You start with fewer rides than Diamond Heights, so it is balanced. Start by researching Shops and Stalls to get a Drink Stall and maybe another food stall, and hiring some staff.

Runaway Plumber is also prone to crashing and suffers from long waiting time, but can also be saved by reducing the ride's inspection interval to 10 minutes to reduce any eventual down-times to a minimum.
The Storm can crash at any time in this scenario: one option is to demolish it outright and build something else in its place - a steel roller coaster in the same formula can be a good replacement for it. Another option is adding brakes on top of the where the track has two short underground sections, set to 27 MPH, or simply reducing it to a single train. It still can't hurt to assign it its own mechanic by giving him a patrol at the exit and give the ride an inspection time of every 10 minutes, since a breakdown will make the waiting time very long.

If the player wishes to build a fourth roller coaster, the best place to do it would be the blank space between the train station near the Park Entrance, and the Runaway Plumber, at the back of the park. Other spots include the purchasable patches of land near the go-kart track and inside The Storm, but these options are not recommended since new land is very expensive around (90$ a single tile). Players should continue building rides throughout the scenario and, in case they're still short of guests around July of Year 3, demolish old and pre-built gentle and thrill rides, then build brand new ones in their place to preserve or boost the park value. Saving money throughout the scenario for a couple expensive rides in Year 3 is also a wise option.
Though Runaway Plumber is also prone to crashing, it can be saved if you close and put a brake section before the station. If you have Corkscrew Follies installed, you may find it useful to put a sign on the exit path for Runaway Plumber and set it to "No entry".

Also, the queue time for the Runaway Plumber is extremely long (16 minutes!), so make sure to shorten the line, as guests will soon become angry.
If you wish to build a fourth roller coaster, the best place to do it would be the blank space next to Runaway Plumber (directly forward from the park entrance, at the end of the park). Continue to build rides throughout the scenario, and if you are still short around July of year 3, demolish the old gentle and thrill rides that were already built and build new ones in their place. You can also buy land to the side of the Go-Kart track and inside of the area taken by The Storm, but this is not recommended. It is also useful to save money along the way and build one or two expensive rides in year 3, as well as delete and rebuild your gentle and thrill rides. If rides get older, their value (and henceforth your park value) drops.
