First, build a bridge connecting the two rocks.▼
One strategy is to use just the first rock and ignore the second one (as long as possible). Modify the vertical coaster to not have a station on the second rock but to just return to the first station.▼
There are diffrent ways to finish this scenario. You have various choices of how you can finish this scenario.

Then you have another choice. You can build rides/attractions on the rock/-s. You can also delete the path on the rock/-s and build a path/-s around the rock/-s. Then you can build your rides/attractions around, and inside the rock/-s. Indoor rides boosts excitement rates on your rides.
This scenario isn't that hard. If you're short on people in the last year, you could always use advertising.
