==Construction==
Each space ring consists of concentric steel rings pivoted to allow free rotation in all directions. The ride holds four people at a time.
The ride gets base ratings of 1.50 excitement, 2.10 intensity, and 6.50 nausea.

*Try to avoid making long queue lines for this ride, as it has quite a long ride duration, yet it can only hold up to four guests at once.
*Due to its high intensity for a gentle ride, the Space Rings can become popular - however, due to its incredibly low ride rating multipliers of 12 for excitement and 4 for intensity and nausea, the Space Rings is not very profitable. At most, the player can only charge up to 60 or 80 cents for one. After the ride turns 15 years old, guests will go on the Space Rings only if it is free.
*While the Space Rings is classified as a gentle ride, the Mace Ride is instead listed as a thrill ride. This was fixed in [[OpenRCT2]].
*Despite the Space Rings being a gentle ride, it has the highest nausea rating of all gentle rides, with 6.50. This is higher than a lot of other flat rides and roller coasters. Because of this, placing down [[Signs and Items for Footpaths|benches and litter bins]], as well as handymen and [[First Aid Room]]s, near the exit like is highly recommended.
*The Mace Ride features several large stat boosts for all three ride ratings: excitement and intensity are boosted by 75%, while nausea is boosted by 20%. This results in the Mace Ride having base ratings of 2.37 excitement, 3.33 intensity, and 7.51 nausea.

The Space Rings appear to be based on the Contactos Aerotrim <ref>https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Aerotrim</ref>. While originally intended as a piece of fitness equipment, the gyroscope-like device has mostly been used as a small human-powered thrill ride at various parks and fairs.
