At the start of the scenario, build some flat rides, small profit coasters, and stalls, and consider advertising. Since this scenario has harder guest generation in place, building roller coasters with excitement ratings of at least 6.00 and track lengths of at least 600 m (1968 ft) will be necessary to get the park's guest count over 1000 without advertising and awards. Building such big rides and running ad campaigns will require income, so be sure not to spend too much at the beginning and instead focus on profits and guest happiness. The higher park rating difficulty will require tending to by keeping the park tidy and easy to navigate, the rides safe, and the guests' hunger, thirst, and toilet needs met.
It should be possible in the 4 years available to reach the goal without advertising or taking on excessive debt, but use all tools available and hire staff as necessary to pass.[[File:Southern_Sands.jpg|thumb|400px|Scenario finished by [[User:RollercoastertycoonX|RollercoastertycoonX]].]]
