You might want to get rid of some of the 20+ balloon stalls they have. You can also get rid of some scenery for some cash, and then build many food stalls and bathrooms. Repay your loan right away. Get rid of the paths by the buildings and by the mountain and get rid of the chairlift. Focus your building on the beach. Build a few water rides and two cheap roller coasters. If needed, build some thrill rides. ~~They have many pre-built rides here. There are multiple Coffee Cup Rides, so get rid of one.
