The park itself is located along a river, long, but not very wide. The terrain is hilly, and there are a lot of trees. As the description already made clear, the player is [[Scenario prohibitions\|not allowed]] to remove any scenery (including trees) or raise/lower the land or water level. ~~Therfore~~Therefore, the space available to build is very limited. There are a few small cliffs available for building underground. This park seems impossible at first, but if you get used to it, it may be a cakewalk. Rainbow Valley has no pre-built rides. Only add scenery if you are confident that it won't disrupt the construction; once you add scenery, you can't get it off. You might consider building your tracked rides on the river, saving the little space available on land for your standard sized rides. Another thing to note is that even if you can fit a ride somewhere, you have to make sure you can build a pathway there.
