Pre-built ride designs are very helpful in this scenario as they can be constructed in mid-air and as they have a average intensity. You might consider building your tracked rides on the river, saving the little space available on land for your standard sized rides. Consider making roller coasters taller to avoid trees, bringing them to ground level only at the station.
