Build slowly, like whenever you can spare some money. Charge as high as you can. After half a year or when you have built a selection of rides, build stalls.
Take out small loans to buy roller coasters, then pay back the loans as soon as you can. After a few years, you'll have more money than you know what to do with, and you only need to advertise once to get 1,500 guests. Remember, you have 5 whole years to complete
