This scenario isn't as intimidating as it seems, though I do advise having your coasters built beforehand. If you're using the computer's prebuilt designs, Stratasphere and Lava Launch work very well. After you have three coasters that meet all the requirements, up through tycoon, advisably, just build stalls and platform rides until you achieve the guests in park requirement.
