The scenario is the first scenario in the Expert Scenarios of the [[Time Twister]] expansion pack. The location is a park called Gemini City, which features a huge Future-themed city in the middle of the park.
The park is closed, but already has a few pre-built rides ready for opening. The only road to the city is blocked by 'No-Entry' signs.

This scenario is more resource-demanding than most other scenarios, due to the massive number of scenery objects present, so it may render new animated objects (including ride entrance marquees) as static objects. This does not affect gameplay and can be rectified by removing excess scenery before rebuilding affected scenery objects.
