The '''First Aid Room''' is a stall in ''[[RollerCoaster Tycoon 2]]'' and ''[[RollerCoaster Tycoon 3]]''. The First Aid Room completely eliminates the [[nausea]] of any guest that enters it. First Aid Rooms will work anywhere where nauseous guests are, but are most effective when placed near the exits of high-nausea roller coasters and thrill rides. Using First Aid Rooms in those places can significantly reduce the amount of [[litter|vomit]] that accumulates on paths, though not all nauseous guests will choose to use a First Aid Room or be able to get to one in time.
The First Aid Room is free for guests; there is no option for players to charge money for its use. In ''RCT2'', First Aid Rooms have no operating cost; they only incur a cost when they are constructed or relocated.
