Mike Young, also known by the nickname Buggy, is a former creator of custom objects for Tycoon 2 and Tycoon 3, as well as a contributor of the UCES. Although he no longer creates custom objects for either game, he still maintains a complete archive of his creations on his website. Buggy is credited by The Amazing Earl for having programmed the Swinger, Motocross and Bouncer rides, and his custom creations include many scenery objects, such as flowers, vehicles and structures, several working shops/stalls, custom pathways, a handful of scenarios, and a small number of fully functioning rides such as the Ball Play Area and Wild West Show. Buggy has also coded two programs for players to create their own custom pathways and rides for RollerCoaster Tycoon 2. Some of his creations, like the aforementioned Ball Play Area, were bundled together with the UCES.
